Join us for an intimate evening featuring a four-course curated dinner with accompanying wine pairings, while the Innocenti family shares the story behind their vineyards, their wines, and the traditions that continue to shape their craft.

Meet the Winemaker

A Family Legacy Rooted in the Land

In 1961, Livio Innocenti and his father, Sabatino, acquired Citille di Sotto, a treasured property surrounded by the vineyards and olive groves of the region.

What began as a family investment became a lifelong passion. Across generations, the Innocenti family has carefully renewed and expanded the vineyards, embracing modern and sustainable cultivation practices while remaining deeply connected to the land their family has proudly cared for.

Today, that legacy continues with the next generation — carrying forward the passion, knowledge, and respect for the land instilled by their father and grandfather.

This evening, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the family, hear their story, and experience the wines firsthand.

Our culinary team will create a four-course dinner designed to complement the evening’s featured wines, with each course thoughtfully paired to showcase the character and craftsmanship of the Innocenti portfolio.

The Setting

An Intimate Evening at Bar Vino

Bar Vino will be hosted exclusively in the bar area of LaRosa’s Italian, creating an intimate setting for the evening.

The space features high-top tables and bar seating, offering a relaxed and social atmosphere while allowing guests to enjoy the evening’s presentation and conversation with the Innocenti family.

The intimate setting also provides the perfect environment for our guest speaker to share a short presentation about the family, their vineyards, and the wines being poured.
